The cramping and bleeding are unbearable now I cannot wear tampons anymore they push out And I haven't had a pap in 10-11 yrs I am past child bearing and have had a tubal done after my last child in 96 I cannot take the pain of a monthly anymore it usually keeps in bed the first 2-3 days and lasts 7-8 days now
